Bonnie Ann Myre | Rayside Osteopathic Manual Therapy

Realign structure. Restore function. Revitalize health.

Bonnie Ann Myre is a qualified Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (MOMSC) with over 4,200 hours of training, including more than 1,500 hours of supervised clinical experience. She graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, where she developed strong skills in assessing and treating complex structural dysfunctions.

Bonnie Ann Myre believes the body is inherently designed to heal and regulate itself when structure and function are in balance. Rooted in the principles established by Dr. Andrew Taylor Still, her approach emphasizes how the body’s framework influences overall health, recognizing that optimal quality of life depends on the body’s ability to move freely.

Through hands-on osteopathic treatment, She can identify and address restrictions that may be limiting movement, blood and lymphatic circulation, and nerve function—supporting the body’s natural ability to heal.

What Can I Do For My Patients

Every patient is unique, which is why treatments are tailored to your specific needs and goals. Using Osteopathic Manual Therapy, I focus on understanding how your body moves and functions as a whole to identify the root cause of discomfort and restore balance.

Manual Therapy

Hands-on techniques are used to assess and treat restrictions in joints, muscles, and connective tissues, improving mobility and overall body function.

Pain Management

By addressing underlying imbalances, treatment helps reduce chronic pain and supports long-term relief rather than temporary symptom management.

Injury Recovery

Supports the body’s natural healing process after injuries by improving circulation, mobility, and tissue function.

Preventative Care

Regular treatment helps maintain proper alignment, reduce physical stress, and prevent future discomfort or injury.

What is Osteopathy ?

A Gentle, Whole-Body Approach to Healing

Osteopathic Manual Therapy is a hands-on approach to care that focuses on improving the body’s structure, movement, and overall function. Rather than treating symptoms alone, osteopathy looks for the root cause of discomfort and supports the body’s natural ability to heal.

Through gentle manual techniques, treatment can help release tension, improve mobility, support circulation, and restore balance throughout the body.
